PHILOMENA IMADE-OMOREGIE OSAGIE (FOUNDING DIRECTOR)

Philomena, MCB, MPH, Master’s in Global Health, FRSPH, AFHEA, FAPH and Doctoral Student is the Founder and Director of PEARL Initiative CIC, leading community-focused programmes that promote wellbeing, education, and resilience. With more than nine years’ experience in the non-profit sector, she holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and Global Health and is pursuing a PhD in Health Studies. As a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH) and Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), she combines research, practice, and leadership to create meaningful impact.

FEMI ADENIY (DIRECTOR)

Femi is an experienced accounting professional and Director of Luemas Consult Ltd. He also serves as an Accounts Senior at Profit Counts Ltd, where he manages client portfolios, financial reporting, tax compliance and account preparation. Femi brings strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and clear financial insight to support effective business decision-making. Through Luemas Consult Ltd, he provides tailored consultancy to help businesses improve performance, streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management, accounting certifications and is a Certified Tax Adviser. Femi is committed to professionalism, integrity and trusted client relationships.

OLUWASOLA ONI (MEMBER OF BOARD)

Oluwasola Oni (he/him) is a health professional with a background in Global Health and Environmental Biology. He works closely with local communities and organizations to support well-being, build strong partnerships, and create solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives. Oluwasola is driven by a passion for health equity and a deep belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, no matter their background.

DR. ANA OPREA (DIRECTOR)

Dr Ana is a Director of PEARL Initiative CIC where she leads on research projects with social impact and on participatory projects that empower marginalised communities. She is an enthusiastic, thoughtful, and collaborative practitioner, academic and researcher, passionate about promoting social justice, human rights, and social responsibility. She is a Social Worker with over 25 years of interdisciplinary experience in social care and criminal justice. Dr Ana Oprea has PhD Sociology, MA Community Justice, BA Social Work with Major in Probation Studies.

DANIEL OGUNNUBI (CHAIRMAN OF BOARD)

Daniel is a Project Manager and community leader with experience across the NHS, community development, faith-based leadership and youth mentoring. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Health and a BSc in Pharmacology, and is progressing through a chartered management and project leadership development pathway. He is also AQUA-trained, with additional experience in quality improvement, service redesign and structured project delivery. Daniel brings strong expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, system building, programme coordination and service improvement. He is passionate about healthcare transformation, youth empowerment and sustainable community impact, leading initiatives that develop people, strengthen organisations and create meaningful change in the lives of individuals and communities.
